According to the audit report of the company, dated 1401/06/14, as well as the capital increase registration, dated 1402/06/18, in order to build a comprehensive laboratory and mineral analysis reference with global standards, to provide the laboratory services required by Paya Company. The shareholders of the company, mining companies in the country as well as the needs of mineral analysis in the region and Central Asia, with a capacity of 200 thousand samples per year for the first phase according to the resolution of the General Assembly dated 1402/04/18, a committee to determine Objectives, conditions and laboratory devices were formed.

Necessary measures for the establishment of a mineral materials laboratory in four related departments, respectively:

Preliminary estimation of the spaces required for the laboratory
Selection and purchase of laboratory equipment
Specialized and administrative human resources required
